Seminar with Rick Faye

Bertille and I recently had the privelage of going to Essex to train with the Legendary Rick Faye of the Minnesota Kali Group http://www.mnkali.com/

We started off with kickboxing footwork and progressed onto some open hand drills, and then finally on to single Stick and Stick and Dagger.

It was a fast and furious session, but well enjoyed by the 40 or so martial artist packed in the small hall we had to use.
